LEAGUE FOTOS COVID-19 STATEMENT
NEW RELEASE – With concerns about the potential spread of COVID-19, League Fotos in compliance with the leadership of the government of the State of Ohio, had postponed/cancelled all photography sessions. Recently notified businesses could restart, and our priority is to balance the safety and health of our athletes, clients, and staff. Our mission is to help you reconnect to our quality photographic experience.
• Clients/parents/guardians/athletes must conduct a self-assessment and not enter a facility if they are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
Spacing, Capacity, Numbers
• Social Distancing Requirements: include maintaining at least six-foot social distancing from other individuals, regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces, and not shaking hands. Designating with signage, tape, or by other means six foot spacing for athletes, clients, and staff, in line to maintain appropriate distance.
• Limit capacity (photographers, staff, and athletes/clients) based on available space and ability to social distance with six feet between athletes/clients.
• Reinforce spacing by photographers/staff, and reinforcement with athletes/clients, allowing at least a six-foot radius around all present.
• Reduce group sizes, if necessary, to accommodate the required six feet of social distancing.
• If applicable, limit the number of users in restroom facilities at any one time based on the facility size and/or current social distancing guidelines.
• Remove any casual seating other than benches, as necessary.
• Remove excess seating throughout the “studio area” to discourage lingering.
• Eliminate any lost and found area.
• Clean and disinfect using EPA-registered disinfectants, particularly on high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs and light switches.
Personal Protection Equipment
• Wear face coverings, based on activity.
• Masks are recommended to be worn (per CDC guidelines) unless exceptions apply.
• Wear gloves when appropriate and possible.
League Fotos Staff
• All staff members are encouraged to take their temperature, perform a self-assessment, and not report to work if they are ill or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
